For best performance, connect the antenna with a Rocket radio. Antennas are also compatible with RocketM5 models. However, AC operation requires Rocket5ac. The Ubiquiti antenna operates at 5GHz which allows for fast communication.
Immunity against interference
Sector antennas are very resistant to interference. The innovative deflector design with lowered side and back leaves reject interference from other transmitters in the vicinity potentially on the same tower.
High performance wireless transmission
The signal-to-noise ratio (S/N or SNR) has been improved, it is possible to use higher order modulation, for example 256QAM instead of 16QAM. This increases the number of bits per second for a band with constant data rate.
