Connection via Ethernet cable
The TL-WA850RE WiFi Range Extender is equipped with an Ethernet port that allows you to connect delay-sensitive devices such as a Smart TV, a console or a PC.
The TL-WA850RE has access to the Internet via both Wi-Fi and Ethernet.
LEDs with signal strength indicator
The range extender is equipped with 5 LEDs indicating the strength of the received Wi-Fi signal, so the device can be placed in the most appropriate place where wireless performance is best.
TP-Link Tether application
Using the Tether application with an Android or iOS device you can control the range extender with many configuration options, e.g. turn off the LEDs so they do not disturb your sleep.
