MikroTik Chateau 5G R16 can transmit WiFi network in two bands simultaneously: 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, according to 802.11 b/g/n (2.4 GHz) and 802.11 a/n/ac (5 GHz) standards. Maximum theoretical throughput is 300 Mbps for 2.4 GHz and 867 Mbps for 5 GHz. The device features internal omni-directional antennas with energy gain of 3 dBi (2.4 GHz) and 5.5 dBi (5 GHz) for robust signal coverage.

Chateau has a powerful IPQ-4019 4-core processor clocked at 716 MHz and 256 MB of RAM, which guarantees smooth operation and reliability.
