Ubiquiti UniFi Cloud Gateway Industrial UCG-Industrial – 10 GbE router
Ubiquiti UniFi Cloud Gateway Industrial (UCG-Industrial) is an industrial network gateway combining the functions of a router and a UniFi controller. It offers advanced routing features, Ethernet ports up to 10 Gb/s, PoE power and integrated dual-band Wi-Fi 7. It runs UniFi applications from a single platform and allows you to manage up to 50 devices and 500 clients simultaneously. The fanless enclosure made of polycarbonate and aluminium alloy is designed for use in environments exposed to dust, vibration and temperature changes. The operating temperature range is -30°C to 50°C.

Benefits of the UCG-Industrial industrial router and controller
- Fanless industrial design – suitable for operation at temperatures from -30°C to 50°C.
- Integrated dual-band Wi-Fi 7 – theoretical throughput of up to 4.99 Gb/s across the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands.
- Network ports with different speeds – four 2.5 GbE ports, one 10 GbE port and a 1/10 Gb/s SFP+ port.
- PoE budget of up to 270 W with DC power – lets you power compatible devices directly from the gateway.
- UniFi applications on a single platform – Network, Protect, Access, Talk and Connect.
- 128 GB microSD card included – provides local storage for application data, including recordings.
- Supports up to 50 devices and 500 clients – useful specifications for extensive network installations.
- Flexible mounting – on a desk, on a wall or under a desk; rack installation requires a separate mount.

LAN and WAN ports, SFP+ and Wi-Fi 7 on the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands
The interfaces include four 2.5 Gb/s Ethernet ports, one 10 GbE port and a 1/10 Gb/s SFP+ port. The 2.5 GbE ports support speeds of 100, 1000 and 2500 Mb/s, while the 10 GbE port supports 100 Mb/s, 1, 2.5, 5 or 10 Gb/s. Up to five ports can be used as WAN; Multi-WAN provides load balancing and failover. Integrated Wi-Fi 7 operates on the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, with theoretical throughput of 688 Mb/s and 4.3 Gb/s respectively, or up to 4.99 Gb/s in total. The gateway supports external antennas, and two antennas are included. The two SIM slots are intended exclusively for use with the Remote SIM feature on the UniFi 5G Max Outdoor device; support for this feature is due to be added in a software update.

PoE+++ power and 270 W power budget
The PoE ports allow you to power compatible network devices directly from the gateway. The available budget depends on the power supply: it is 270 W with DC power and 75 W with ATX power. The maximum power per port is 30 W for PoE+ and 90 W for PoE+++. The number of connected devices depends on their power consumption and the available budget. The gateway can be powered by the included 54 V DC, 350 W power supply or via a 4-pin 48 V ATX connector. The power supply supports an input voltage of 100–240 V AC, and the device’s maximum power consumption, excluding PoE-powered devices, is 28 W.

UniFi network controller, applications and local microSD storage
The platform supports the UniFi Network, Protect, Access, Talk and Connect applications, allowing you to manage your infrastructure from a single device. It can support up to 50 UniFi devices and 500 clients simultaneously. Camera limits are 15 HD devices, 8 2K cameras or 5 4K cameras. The pre-installed 128 GB microSD card is used to store application data locally, including recordings; it can be replaced or the storage expanded using the same slot. The gateway is powered by a 2.2 GHz quad-core ARM Cortex-A73 processor with 3 GB of system memory.

Network security, VPN and advanced routing
Security features include a stateful firewall, Layer 7 filtering with application identification, DPI, content filtering and ad blocking. Traffic filtering can be based on applications, domains and regions, and IDS/IPS throughput is up to 5 Gb/s. VLAN segmentation allows you to separate traffic between networks. You can connect sites using site-to-site VPN and the WireGuard, OpenVPN and IPsec protocols. The gateway also supports licence-free SD-WAN, OSPF dynamic routing and advanced QoS. Multi-WAN enables load balancing and failover. Other available network features include advanced NAT, mDNS, an integrated RADIUS server and RadSec.

Mounting and operating conditions for the industrial network gateway
The device can be placed horizontally or vertically on a desk, mounted on a wall or installed under a desk. The package includes a stand, mounting bracket and accessories. Rack installation requires a separate mount Ubiquiti Cloud Gateway Industrial Rack Mount (UACC-UCG-Industrial-RM). The gateway measures 307.9 × 203.5 × 43.7 mm and weighs 2.4 kg. The operating temperature range is -30°C to 50°C, while the permitted humidity is 5–95% non-condensing.
