Dual-mode design - flexibility
The RUTM56 is equipped with two independent mobile modems, which means 5G (or 4G Cat 19) and 4G LTE Cat 4 can be used in parallel. Each modem supports both a physical SIM card and eSIM, and an automatic switching function guarantees connection continuity. Separate SIM management for each modem gives you the ability to fully configure priorities for greater control over mobile routing.
Fast and stable Wi-Fi connection
The RUTM56 offers Wi-Fi 5 with MU-MIMO, which operates in two bands and provides up to 867 Mbps throughput. It supports up to 150 devices simultaneously, making it ideal as an access point in an office, industrial facility or large hall. Built-in 802.11r, 802.11v and 802.11k features ensure seamless switching between roaming points.
Rich set of industrial and IoT features
The router supports MODBUS TCP, MQTT, DNP3, DLMS, OPC UA, GNSS and other communication standards for industrial and IoT environments. Data-to-server protocols are also available (HTTP, MQTT, Azure MQTT), and an advanced API allows remote management by in-house systems. The ability to set automation rules (e.g., for signal changes or digital input status) makes it easy to implement intelligent automation and telemetry solutions.
Operator-class security and management
The router features an advanced firewall, VLAN system, port control, protection against DDoS attacks, as well as full support for VPN (OpenVPN, WireGuard, ZeroTier, DMVPN, L2TP, IPsec). In addition, TPM 2.0 protects access to the device, and Let's Encrypt's SSL certificate generation simplifies the process of encrypting communications. RMS (Remote Management System) provides remote monitoring and configuration of multiple devices from a single location.
