UTP Network Cable Cat. 5e
UTP Network Cable Cat. 5e is most commonly used to build local area networks, includes Fast Ethernet (100 Mbps speed) as well as Gigabit Ethernet(1000 MB/s) applications. It is constructed with 4 pairs of cables twisted together, which eliminates mutual and electromagnetic interference. Made of pure copper with a thickness of 24 AWG, the wires are surrounded by PE sheath, and the diameter of each wire including the insulation is 0.9 mm. The outer jacket is made of 0.5 mm thick PVC. Package contains 100 meters of the product.
Key features
- UTP Cat. 5e
- Length 100m
- PE sheath
- Outer sheath - 0.5 mm thick PVC
Resistant PVC outer shell
ThePVC outer sheath is made of polyvinyl chloride, a synthetic polymer with thermoplastic properties, which is highly resistant to mechanical damage. The package contains a self-unrolling roll that guarantees comfortable unwinding of the cable without the risk of entanglement.
Extralink twisted pair cable for indoor applications
The Extralink CAT 5E UTP (U/UTP) V2 cable is designed for indoor use, and is ideal for building networks in offices. UTP cable is often used in CCTV installations where one cable can transmit video signal from several cameras and power supply.
